K-Profile uses the extrusion process for the production of complex special profiles. This enables us to produce very high-quality profiles. In this manufacturing process, the material is first completely melted. The material is then homogenized and processed further. To do this, the plastic material is pressed through an extruder and then through an extrusion tool. In this way, we create completely individual formats for you. The extrusion manufacturing process enables small production quantities from 500 – 1000m as well as mass production. We can offer individual one-off items using the 3D printing process.
Your requirements for the PVC material alone determine the exact manufacturing process. We determine the standard for PVC profiles based on customer requirements such as the degree of hardness or temperature resistance. The more robust and durable the end product has to be, the more hard-wearing the starting plastic has to be to ensure that the end product can meet all subsequent requirements and that material fatigue does not occur.
